Deck Washing & Staining - $7.00 per sq. ft.

Includes:

  • Softwash Cleaning: Gentle yet effective cleaning to remove dirt, mold, and mildew without damaging the wood.

  • Brightening Treatment: Restores the natural beauty of the wood by neutralizing stains and brightening the surface.

  • Light Sanding: Removes fuzz, smooths screw holes, and splinters to prepare the surface for staining.

  • Flood Coat and Back Brush: Application technique ensuring thorough coverage and penetration of the premium stain, protecting against chips, cracks, or peeling into the wood fibers. Staining includes flooring, railing, stairs, posts, and fascia/rim joists.

  • Note: Staining underneath the deck (if applicable) is an additional $2.00 per sq. ft.

Deck Stripping & Staining - $10.00 per sq. ft.

  • Old Stain Stripping: Removal of old stain and finishes to prepare the wood for a new application.
